Do you do free audits or trial work?
No. Free audits are usually thinly disguised sales tools — they don't go deep enough to be useful and they bias the consultant toward finding work to sell rather than honestly assessing the situation. The 30-minute discovery call is free, and that's where we figure out whether there's a fit.
Are you taking on new clients right now?
Usually yes. Capacity varies — fractional advisory engagements limit how many concurrent clients we can take on. Project engagements typically have 2-4 weeks of lead time. We'll be honest about availability in the first reply.
Do you work outside the US?
Sometimes. We work in English and our SEO experience skews to US markets. We've done work for UK, Canadian, and Australian companies. We don't have deep expertise in non-English-language SEO or in markets like Germany or Japan where local nuance matters significantly.
What if we need something that's not on your services page?
