When you know what you want built and just need it done.

Some clients don't need consulting. They've already decided what to automate. They need someone to build it cleanly, hand off the documentation, and not turn it into a six-month consulting engagement. That's what this service exists for.

What this is

Done-for-you AI workflow automation, scoped to specific outcomes with fixed pricing. We build on top of existing tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, OpenAI/Claude/Gemini APIs, plus whatever's already in your stack) and hand off ownership when we're done.

What we build most often

  • Customer service automation. AI triage, first-response drafting, escalation routing, knowledge base lookup. Sits inside your existing help desk or inbox.
  • Content workflows. Repurposing long-form content into newsletters, social posts, summaries. Editorial review built in, not removed.
  • Internal knowledge bases. RAG-style assistants that answer questions from your docs, SOPs, and historical data. Reduces the "where's that file?" tax.
  • Lead qualification. Inbound form responses get scored, summarized, and routed. Sales sees the qualified ones; the rest get a useful automated response.
  • Proposal and document drafting. Pulls from past proposals, client data, and templates. Cuts proposal time substantially without losing your voice.
  • Meeting and call workflows. Transcription, summary, action item extraction, follow-up drafting. Integrated with your calendar and CRM.
  • Data entry and processing. When AI can read a document or email and put the result somewhere structured.

What we don't build

  • Custom AI models or fine-tuned models (we'll refer)
  • Large-scale software systems (we'll refer)
  • Anything in a regulated industry without your legal/compliance team in the loop
  • Customer-facing automations without human review on the output (we'll push back, hard)

How engagements run

  • Scoping call (60 min). What's the workflow today, what should it be, what tools are already in play.
  • Scope memo (within 5 days). Fixed price, deliverables, timeline, success criteria. You approve before any building starts.
  • Build (2-6 weeks typically). We build in your accounts on your tools. Weekly check-ins so nothing surprises you at the end.
  • Hand-off (1 week). Documentation, training session with your team on how to maintain it, 30-day support window for fixes.

What you get

  • The working automation, deployed in your accounts
  • Setup and operating documentation
  • Training session with the team that owns it
  • 30 days of post-launch support for fixes
  • Recommendations on what to build next, if anything

The proof

Most relevant background: the IXL platform rollout across an entire district (multiple schools, full integration with SIS and LMS). Different industry, same operational discipline. Scope, build, integrate, hand off, support.

Have a specific build in mind?

Send a paragraph describing the workflow you want automated and the tools already in play. We'll come back within 5 business days with a scope memo and a fixed price.
